Failure classification system / v1.0

Every failure
has a classification.

Chapter 01 ID: Neon pink

FC-003

Self-sabotage

Hover to open file +

The pattern where you become the obstacle. The delay, the avoidance, the quiet exit right before the finish.

Do not become the system that stops you.

Self-sabotage
2 pieces in FC-003
Chapter 02 ID: Failure red

FC-007

Rupture

Hover to open file +

The moment something breaks and can no longer be ignored. Not the end — the point where the information finally becomes visible.

Break point reached. Data recoverable.

Rupture
2 pieces in FC-007
Chapter 03 ID: Neon lime

FC-010

Rebuild

Hover to open file +

Construction after the failure is understood. Not a return to the old version — a new one, built from what broke.

Failed version ≠ final version.
